Dear Friends;

Thank you so much for your letters of encouragement concerning the mission trip, it is a wonderful opportunity. We thank the churches for responding , but most of our support is coming from individuals, and we are very appreciative.

I have just about 3/4 of the needed funds for my up-coming trip to the Philippines, Pakistan and India. I need another $1000 just for the airlines and will need at least another $2000 to be sure of the local needs; it is coming in slowly, but it is coming in, Praise God! I have the visa for Pakistan and am waiting for the visa for India, the cost of these is way too much, over $150 each/ I cannot purchase my plane ticket until I have those visas stamped into my passport. Things are rough over there right now, but the Lord says "Go" so I will go!

We will be leaving September 25th for New Jersey for the Mission Teens Annual Banquet, minister through the weekend and I will go West and Frank will go South on the 30th, hopefully returning on schedule November 3rd.

Our daughter, Lisa Jayne is also going on a missionary trip to Colombia for a few weeks in October with her church group, so please pray for her trip as well.
